We are delighted with the two elegant cherry bookshelves Tom has built for us.  Tom was attentive, patient and responsive throughout the design stage; he kept us apprised of his progress during construction and delivered beautiful finished works of art.  And, the price was very reasonable given that we got exactly what we wanted instead of settling for something mediocre from the store.
